Use a full rolling boil for 15 minutes to chase off DMS before adding initial hop charge.

Use a boatload of yeast. Expect this to take two full weeks to ferment out fully. You can substitute 34/70 (Imperial Global) for the 860 if desired.

After mostly attenuated, raise the temp to about 58-60.

This beer is off style and has too much hops character, too much alcohol and needs too much yeast, therefore it is only fitting to give it too much carbonation. Try 2.6 to 2.8 volumes.
