Shooting for a malty amber ale with mild hop influence.
Using a really old bag of Laaglander Amber DME, purchased in 2002. Has been sitting in a closet ever since, giving it a try for the hell of it.
<update> Sampling at bottling time and pondering the use of Fuggles in low quantities led to decision to relabel as a Scottish Ale rather than an amber.
