Notes

Retry of the Helles yeah, which tasted great but I bottled too early after ignoring my hydrometer. Will leave fermentation for longer this time; though trying with Munich lager yeast rather than Bavarian lager.
Note also I made a major spill on this so lost a few litres on transfer to fermenter.

Put it on 14-15 degree rest for last 2 days with dry hops.

FG came out 1.012 so did well!
