FOR SAISON
1500 ML starter for 2 days, then decant.
3000 ML starter for 2 days, then brew + pitch WY3724
After fermentation finishes, pitch Yeast Bay Amalgamation II with a starter. Beer should finish under 1.002.
Packaging into keg for natural carbonation, wait at least 90 days and serve.

Whirlpool to include: Galaxy and Rakau. Maybe El Dorado. 6oz total
Dryhop x2 to include Galaxy, El Dorado 8oz total
