Ferrulic Acid Rest - 20 min @ 110 F.

Sac Rest - 60 min @ 152 F. Added 1 lb of Rice Hulls prior to reaching mash temp.

Sparge - Collected 6.5 gallons @ 9 Brix

Boiled 30 minutes, added hop charge and boiled 60 minutes with hops

Bottled July 14th @ 1.011 with 3/4 cup con sugar
