4 gallons initial mash volume - 160
add all grains to bag and place in kettle (10.75 lbs)
mash x60 min - 152
stir every 20 min to avoid dough balls, insulate with blanket between stirring
let grain bag drain, squeeze if you want because homebrew
calculations = .1 grain absorption x 10.75 lbs = 1.075 gal h20 loss
so, post mash volume = 2.925
now lets get up to get to our target of 6 gal pre-boil volume
3.075 gal sparge with colander (.075 = 1.2 cups)
begin boil
.5 oz mt hood (60)
.5 oz cascade (45)
.5 oz mt hood (30)
1 whirlfloc (15)

cool and transfer to fermenter
pitch yeast and aerate
primary x5 days
