overboiled early on - kettle shouldn't be more than 7. added in half gallon after start - probably impacted efficiency issues with OG just over 1.05
Forgot to check mash PH. Wort appears to have PH of about 5...
Should have vorloffed more. wort was more clear after first gallon or so?
100 gram DME / 1 liter starter- pitched around 75 degrees - currently fermenting at 68 degrees
