Notes
6/23/20 - Decided to experiment with some new hops. Loral hops are described as "herbal, peppery, floral. But it also carries an interesting lemon-citrus and dark fruit character that makes it unique." Citra hops are also well known for their tropical fruity aromas, so I thought they may pair well.
In future versions, I may want to try El Dorado hops as they may also bring out more lemon flavors. Nugget hops may also pair with the Loral well. Many exciting options to try out!
