Too roasty toasty, the grapefruit does not cut through. V2 will be dialling back the black malt and substituting the dextrose for additional pale malt to aid head retention. Process wise, hop spider didn't allow the hops to swim freely enough so they will be direct kettle additions next time. Priming solution was slightly uneven across bottles so some are undercarbonated.
