Even before carbing it has a nice hoppy aroma and a very smooth tasting right out of the fermentor! It came in at just above 6% ABV , to date I think this one one of my best beers. I did my process differently this time I heating to 104 to dough in then raised it to 133 for 30 minutes and then mashed in at 155 for an hour. Added hops during the boil at the correct intervals and VOILA great beer!!!
