Grain Steeping at 160. Turn off heat. 10 min rest.
Stir 4 lbs Light DME
Boil
1 oz. Magnum Hops
Boil 30 min.
1 oz Willamette Hops
1 lb. Light DME
Boil 15 mins
3 lb. Light DME and 1lb Amber DME
1 oz Sorachi
1 oz Willamette
Boil 15 mins
Turn off heat, rest 10 mins
Add H2O to 5 gallons
When cool pitch 2 packets of yeast re-hydrated.
After 1 week, rack to secondary
Dry hop last 7 days
1 oz Sorachi
1 oz Willamette
