Notes
After my Mom passed, I found 5 lbs of Honey in her house. Even though she didn't like the taste of Alcohol she was always amazed that I brewed my own Beer. I couldn't think of a better way to honor her than name this Braggot "Mom's Braggot". The batch I made with her Honey turned out so great, Was honored to be able to honor her in this way. I am not sure what kind of Honey it was.
