Ashbeck tesco
Notes
I'd definitely make a starter. No information on carbonation levels.
From the book:
Single-infusion mash. Mix all crushed grains with 22.7 litres (6 gals) water. Mash at 68C (155F) for 60 minutes. Collect 23L (6 gals) of wort and boil for 60. Add Irish moss and yeast nutrients at 15. After after primary fermentation transfer to carboy for one week for conditioning.
Shoot for:
OG - 1.089
FG = 1.021
IBU = 82 IBUs
SRM = 53
ABV = 9.2%
