Target Water Profile
Burton on Trent (historic and decarbonated)
Notes
Very strong coconut aroma which is good and not overpowering.
The actually OG was 1.088 with FG 1.015 making it 9.8%. Can not get the figures to match in this calculator sheet.
Force carbonation using CO2 in a Corny Keg, 25psi and rocked on side for 100 times. Chilled the beer for 1 day prior.
Bottled using a beer gun.
