Notes

I’d probably do without the williamette next time. Hop flavor mellowed out about completely by Week 4 in the keg.

Strong grapefruit for the first week. Moderate mango flavor for weeks 2-4.

Mellow flavor of grapefruit and mango for week 5. And then gone.
