Used 1 pack Omega tropical IPA and 1 pacck of Omega Hornandal in starter with 5 quarts of saved mash from saved grain bill. Mashed 1 hour at 152. Recirculated for 10 min and boiled for 45 min. added 2 oz. Huell Melon for last 10 min. Dropped temp to 180 added 3 oz each of Halaxy and Rakau pellets for 20 min whirlpool. Added 3 oz each of same hop and whirlpooled for 20 min. Left hops in while we dropped temp to 80 to pitch yeast. Used oxygen in fermenter. OSG 1.062. Added 4 oz each of Galaxy and Rakau 24 hours in fermenter. Added 4 oz each of same hop On day 3. Took gravity on day 3
