Notes

mash 45 min then start re-circ to hit 165, then start lauter

boil and whirlpool hop quantities are per 3 bbl batch, dry hop quantities are for combined 6 bbl batch
1 tbsp fermcap just before boil
18 g whirlfloc G 15 min before end of boil
1 g zinc 15 min before end of boil

Important Whirlpool hops notes -
add 210 F whirlpool hops at flamout and whirlpool for 10 min, then let rest 10 min. Then recirc through the HX back to the kettle to drop temp to 150 F. Then add "150 F" whirlpool hops and whirlpool for 10 min. Then let rest 10 min. Then knockout through HX to FV.

add 02 through carb stone at low flow rate (3 L/min or less) for 1 min (measure with DO meter and ensure > 8 g/L (ideally between 8 and 10 g/L)
pitch 1.5 500 g packet Fermentis US-05 at 67F

add 4 day dry hops on day 3 or 4 of fermenation, which ~3-4 plato from target FG and set temp to 73 F
Add 2 day dry hops after dropping yeast and trub at 60 F
