Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
WP hops added after chilling to 170F.
DH added at day 2 of fermentation at high krausen to bring out the fruitiness of the mosaic and idaho 7.
After fermentation is complete add one 46 oz can of pineapple juice to the fermenter. This will kick off a quick secondary fermentation. Another option would be pineapple puree, frozen pineapple chunks, or fresh pineapple. Pineapple juice would add less pectin haze.
