I don’t have BeerSmith set up for the home brew version, but here’s the vitals:
100% Pils malt.
Aim for 12p starting gravity and finish at 2p for 5.4%.
Mash 66 IIRC.
Light water treatment. Even numbers on CaCl and CaS04.
Aim for about 7 IBU at 60 (.17g/l on the AA% I had at the time)
11 IBU at 10. (.5g/l)
19 IBU at 0. (1.67g/l)
You might want to beef up the ten minute addition as it will be hard to get that much out of a homebrew scale. Decide based on your appetite for bitterness.
Pitch and ferment S189 at 12 with a VDK rest at 15.
4g/l dry hop.
Did I forget anything? Haven’t thought about how you make beer for a while...
