Notes

Steep grain for 60 min @ 155 F start, 145 F end.
Hop additions in nylon bag, with exception of Citra in boil.
Dextrose added @ 30 min in boil.
Strain wort into ferment bucket.
Aerate 2 gal cool water with compressor and aquarium stone for 5 min before adding wort. After adding wort to ferment bucket, aerate wort for 1 min (or until foam wants to overflow bucket).
