Notes

Ferment at 64 F. Add 50 g citra and 54 g strata during fermentation (at around 40% attenuation), finish with 100 g strata when terminal gravity is reached. Raise to 72 F at terminal gravity for two days, then soft cold crash to 60 F for two days before kegging.
