Brewed 12MAY2020
Brew In A Bag:
14.5 gals of filtered water + 1tsp gypsum heated to 160F.
Grains stirred in slowly into large grain bag. Temp hit 152F.
Allow to mash for 1 hour and check starch conversion by iodine.
Starch conversion appears complete at 30 minutes.
Mash out at 170F after 1 hour mash.

Collected 13.5 gal at 13 Brix (1.052 SG)
Already at target OG. Will only boil 30 minutes.

15 Brix after boil: OG = 1.061
