Notes

Used new 2V system. Had several errors:

  1. Mash stuck several times - readjusted my mill gap to .036
  2. struggle with water levels between vessels
  3. lost a lot of water messing around with hoses - will make
    necessary hose adjustments today!
  4. Had to put almost everything from BK into fermenter - still short
    on volume in fermenter
