12 g Amarillo (Pellet) on day 3 oops too much
6 g Galaxy (Pellet) on day 3 oops too much
Due to the speed of the ferment dry hopped early as it maybe too late after work tomorrow and my get O2 affected.. |

Turn down temp to final step of 5 deg c will lager for 5 weeks then test it... Depends on flavor may add dry hops to add more fruit flavor |
