Notes

Used what ingredients I could get - not an exact copy of the recipe but pretty close.

Dry hop in primary for ~5 days with Cascade hops - they sink to the bottom after releasing flavor.

This is one of my favorite beers, and since I can't buy it locally (outside of Seattle), I decided to brew it.
