Had a strong fermentation for about 30 hours and then just stopped. Maybe due to the yeast I was using. nice hints of chocolate and a mild hint of coffee with a very smooth overall brew. Very nice, if it tastes this good now I cant wait to taste it in 2 weeks. yummy! |
