Lightest beer I have ever made! I am worried... Looks like water almost!
Hop additions ended up being .75oz at 70 minutes and 1oz at 10 minutes.
I boiled an extra 10 minutes... |

Ferm started after 18- 20 hours or so... By that time the beer was 64-65 degrees. The next day I bumped it to 66. Then the following day, 67 and later that night 68. It is at 68 now. The krausen has dropped. |

The keg is starting to carb up nicely. It reminds me of honey and tortilla chips! It could probably use a touch more hops. I think it will be crushable and very tasty. Where my other blonde is a bit dry I find this one a little sweeter. |
