Notes

Inspired from BJ's restaurant chain. They had a real full bodied pilsner, kind of like lagunitas czech pilsner.

Of course I have no real facility to ferment at lager temperatures so this is an ale. I am basically using ingredients I have on hand.

Using no crystal malt or caramel malt is a big step for me :-)
