Notes

Carahell normal reçete de yoktu ama Rengi tutturmak için ekledim.

Carapils çok ilginç, karamel ama rengi yok :D, köpük dayanımı arttırıp, fg nin artmasını sağlayacakmış.

Maya 150/1500 kuru malt ile stir plate e alındı. 3de2si kovaya 3de1i de saklamaya alındı.

Başlangıç suyu için 3.8 girdim, böyle daha verimli olacağı yönünde, hatta 4.18 e kadar yolu varmış.

Verimlilik çok artınca hedef 1.047 yerine 1.051 de bitti, biraz yüksek kaldı.
