Notes

Gone for S04 yeast with this one.

Bumped the efficiency to 80% this time. That seems ambitous but I keep over shooting, went with 80% last week for the West Coast Pale and hit every number so maybe it's correct for me now?

I will also look at mash PH this time and water profile if I can get my head around it in time.
