Looks great! Used the yeast cake from the vienna and some of the yeast from the toasted lager (which was originally from the maple brown...) - Here is to hoping all goes well! It is at 50F in the chest freezer.... |

Tasted great! Maybe more hops next time. I figured it would be sweet at 1.019 but it had a touch of alch. to it. |

Hasn't really moved... It's been at a steady 58 degrees... Tastes great. Malty but not sweet. bit of alch bite at the end

Naturally carbonated in the keg for 2 weeks and just put in the keezer today. WOW! Not as much yeast sediment as I thought and boy does it taste good! Perfect Bock! |
