Notes

Didn't want to add the 1lb of corn sugar to up the ABV.

Decided to omit it and made a couple slight changes to the hop schedule.

Original recipe calls for 1oz of Mosaic @ 60 and 30. I cut it down to 30 and 10 to reduce bitterness.

Hopstand for 20 mins @ 175ish.

I'll be adding an oz of Cascade during the dryhop as well though this isn't really necessary.
