Notes

New try with the Marris Otter Malt + El Dorado hops combination. Keep trying until I get what I want. New yeast and mixed with Galena hops.

Also trying a different hop addition style, more classic west coast ipa style with regular additions throughout + small low-temp whirlpool and dry hop. Let's get that flavor in there!
