Notes

Meant to be a Berliner Weisse, but Flying Barrel was out of White Labs Berliner Weisse yeast. Substituted the Roeselare blend, so maybe this is more of a lambic. Turned out a bit sour and a bit funky.

Brewed 3/7/2020, racked to secondary 3/13, bottled 4/26.
