49 ppm well water at 53 degrees f. 6.1 ph. testing the outcome my ultra soft, low mineral, acidic well water on a pale beer without additions. According to my ph meter the mash is hovering around 5. 85 percent efficiency seems like my well water makes wort without added minerals. |
