12 g Mosaic (Pellet) for 5 days
15 g Cascade (Pellet) for 5 days
Put in half the dry hops near the end of fermentation. Reminder to be added once fermentation complete (3 to 5 days) |

10 g Mosaic (Pellet) for 5 days
Transferred beer to secondary fermenter and added the second round of dry hops as per above. Need to cool it down a bit over the next four days.
