Notes

This was a fun brew day on a Thursday night. Heather and I set out to try and brew this 5 gallon all grain recipe in under 6 hours, including all of the cleanup. This brew day resulted in a broken hydrometer amongst other twists and turns the day threw at us............Brew time 5:19:38! BREW ON!!
