Notes

I am still trying to find the right extract brew that comes out not to bitter and not to weak and has good flavor that I can produce in a total of 1 hour in the kitchen. Looking at the BU/GU ratio as a guide. Plan to brew this in March 2021. Not as dark as it should be, but I don't have any darker malt or DME in house.
