Collected too much wort and got lower than expected boil gravity, so will extend boil to 2 hours, making first hop addition at 1 hour. |

The wort seemed to jump in gravity towards the end. I didn't think we'd make it to 1.070. A hydrometer double check might help. |

Bubbling stopped 6 days ago. Sample has a pronounced prune flavour, suggesting too heavy on the CaraAroma, but it may mellow with more time. |
