Notes

Sweet stout aged on toasted coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla beans, kegged with almond flavoring. A liquid Almond Joy is the ultimate goal.

  • Add chocolate malt to mash with 10 minutes remaining, don't mash for the entire 60 minute duration.

  • After fermentation slows, add toasted coconut, cacao nibs and cut/scraped vanilla beans directly to fermenter. Age for an additional 2 weeks.
