Smelled oh so dank, oniony/garlicy! Yummm! I can't wait for it to be all carbed up and ready to drink. I have it force carbing at 30 psi for 44 hours and will drop it down to 9 for the rest of the time. Should be perfect by the weekend (kegged on Mon night, dropping psi to 9 on Wed afternoon). |
