Boiled a bit extra not much maybe 10mins may effect bitterness. But added 12?g mag FwH so beer may be different.

Transfered at 16c nice and cold used nice bath to chill wort lower worked a charm! |

Probe wasnt strapped to side of fermentor it had dropped to bottom.

Added geletin to keg. Racked ontop of geletin. Set burst carb 20psi.
Beer has a good bitterness and lovely roasty choc flavour. |
