Notes

Bring grain water containing the booster back to boil after 30 minute 150-155 steep.Add lactose sugar, then Add .5 tablespoon ground cinnamon and .5 teaspoon nutmeg along with one passila pepper and 2 oz cocao nibs and allow to boil for 5 minutes.

at day 10 of fermentation add another 1 teaspoon of cinnamon .5 oz cracked coffee beans, 1 oz cocoa nibs and 3 teaspoons of vanilla or one vanilla bean.
