Filtered the beer. Not sure about the flavour. I think it’s quite tannic. Still hazy even after filtered. Forgot the gelatin at the previous stage. I think I should have taken more samples during fermentation and stopped it nearer 1.010 to retain some sweetness or sparged less to avoiding tannins. |
