Notes

Originally used my standard 1.25 qt/lb mash thickness, which maxed out the 10 gallon mash tun. Probably better to use a thicker mash or a larger mash tun.

Malt alternatives: substitute crystal 80 for the Victory and 120; replace some 2-row with Vienna.
