Notes

Split wort and ferment with two yeast. Split dry hops after 5 days. Do not let hops set in secondary for more that 36 hours, 24 to 48 for aroma and taste. Longer for grassy taste if wanted.

Brewed this several times. Splitting the two fermenters and blending to keg.
