Notes

MILL OAT MALT TWICE!

        • -

          DO NOT ADD WHIRLFLOC TABLET!

        • -

          • Primary at 72°F.
      • Add dry hops at high krausen, approx. 18-36 hours. Make sure to put in nylon bag first, don't throw in loose!

        • Use frozen blackberries. Warm to room temp, purée and add to fermenter at beginning of Primary. If possible, strain thru nylon bag to remove any seeds or large pieces.
