Notes

Chill wort, pitch yeast, and ferment for 4 days at 12°C.
Ramp temp gradually up to 20°C and allow the beer to finish fermenting (7 more days). Cold crash for 12-24 hours then fine with gelatin and let sit for another 24 hours. Package, carbonate at 2.5 vols. Lager for 2 weeks at 2°C.
