tried WLP800 first and it failed to take off after 2 1/2 days (minor krausen and slight smell of fermentation), re-aerated and pitched 1 packet of 34/70 on 5/25 still didn't take...added a pack of hydrated S-23 on 6/4 and this finally dropped gravity after 3 days. Clusterfuck of a fermentation

Added 1 bottle of Biofine Clear to Fermenter right before racking
