Notes

NOT an iteration of NEIPA #5, which was really good. Shop is out of certain ingredients so I'm making a few substitutions here (maris otter over golden promise, regular wheat over white wheat, and swapping the proportions of oats and wheat). Also tried to step up the ABV on this one.
